Yes. AnkiQuiz reads the cards in whatever deck you select, so large shared decks such as AnKing work the same as your own. Generate questions from one subject subdeck at a time to keep each quiz focused.
Can it create USMLE-style vignette questions?
Not reliably from ordinary flashcards. AnkiQuiz stays grounded in the card fields you select and does not add the outside clinical context required for a full USMLE-style vignette. Use it for reworded retrieval practice, and keep validated question banks for exam simulation.
Is my card content kept private?
Only the cards and fields you select are sent for generation; your complete collection is not uploaded. The selected content leaves your computer, so avoid private or sensitive fields and see the privacy page for the full policy.
